Military Surplus Arms Shoots

When held, this is a chance for members that have an interest in these old Mil-Surp guns to get together.

Bring your Military Surplus firearms to shoot or just to display. Even if you do not own any Military arms, you are welcome to come and  check them out and maybe even get the opportunity shoot some of these historic guns. 

Military Surplus: Original M16 or older “as issued” rifles and other Vintage Rifles with open sights or period correct optics. (Smokeless powder only)

The shoots last three hours and is as follows;

• Safety Briefing
• Display Milsurps for all to see.
• Friendly target shooting competition. Follows a CMP course of fire sequence. 
• Rapid fire team event. 
• Open shoot at the steel targets.  

Due to some rare caliber ammo availability, you can shoot as many rounds as you desire.

*It is your responsibility to ensure your rifles and ammunition are in safe working order*

No armor piercing ammunition
